Refund Policy

A. In case you change your mind after making a payment for a course on this website, you still can claim a refund within 6 hours from registration i.e. before receiving the email with all the information.

B. A refund can be requested only by sending us an email : support@commacadresearch.com

C. A small demo for each workshop is available on the website, which can be used to assess the quality before making the payment. Therefore No refunds can be claimed on the basis of the quality of the videos.

D. In case we decide to take down any of the recordings or decide to not share the same in future, we will send you an email to notify you that we shall be refunding your registration fee and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 business days.

E. No refund would be issued If you fail/forget to claim your certificate by attempting the Assessment test within 3 months.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Step 1 – If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Step 2 – Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Step 3 – Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
